If you haven't cheer before and want to test it out, if you have other commitments during competition season, if you are not able to 100% commit to the competitive practice schedule but you still want to cheer - don't worry, we have a program for you! Our recreational programs are super fun and teach you all the aspects of cheer including stunting, tumbling, jumps and dance!
Our recreational programs run in 3 sessions: Fall (12wks), Winter (12wks) and Spring (8wks).
Fall and Winter: Our Fall and Winter programs run for 1.5 hrs/wk for 12 weeks. Athletes will be split up by age and ability level. New for Fall 2019: Brand new athletes are to register for Cheer 101 and returning athletes will receive a recommendation letter with their report card on which class they should register for.
Spring: Our spring programming runs between our All-Star seasons, therefore the layout is a little different. Classes are for both All-Star and Recreational athletes with more class options. See below for our 2019 Spring classes and visit the Register Now page for full class details.

Our recreational classes teach the basics of stunting, tumbling, jumps and dance. If you aren't able to commit to competitive, just want to cheer for fun/exercise, or want to get to know the sport before competing, rec is a fantastic class for you!
Winter Recreational session will perform at the 'Final Flight' on March 24 in Cold Lake.
We are currently offering recreational classes for ages 3 and up.
