Recreational is a great program for new athletes who are not sure about the commitment of a full year team, athletes who love cheer but are committed to a sport which has a similar competition season to cheer, or athletes who just want to learn some new skills without travelling. Recreational is also great for those who decide they would like to join cheer mid-season to help them build skills before team placements.

Competitive is a great program for athletes who love cheer and are able to commit to our practice and competition schedule. Athletes grow throughout the competition experience and learn to set their goals high through watching higher level teams. Many parents tell us that they had great difficulty finding a sport for their child until they stumbled upon cheer - competitive is a great route for building long lasting confidence and teamwork skills. It is also a great source of physical fitness twice weekly for those who do not participate in other sports.
